Sometimes because of lack of time in the morning, we don’t have time to eat a delicious breakfast which we all know is very important for our health and we leave home without eating anything. Looking for information on the internet I discovered that fruits are very good at giving us energy (in addition to milk and its benefits) so I went to the supermarket in search of some of them and prepared a rich smoothie which I decided to do every morning for breakfast because the preparation time is almost nothing.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of milk (8oz.)
1 Banana
1/2 cup of strawberries
1/2 cup of blueberries
6 ice cubes
1 “scoop” of protein – Opcional
