I LOVE short dresses, but as I’m sometimes too tall for them to be as short as they should, they end up being shorties for me, that’s why I sometimes wear them with a pair of tights (which I also LOVE). I realised that navy blue and pink go very well together. If you find a very girly dress in blue, you can get some pretty nice-cute pink tights to go with that. Finish the look with some ivory mary janes (to stay in the adorable-girly path), pretty bracelets and a cateye makeup. To top it off you can do a messy high-bun, that says that you don’t care too much, but it goes perfect with the outfit.
